​Chris Arnold brings nearly three decades of municipal service and 12 years of dedicated retail management experience to the panel as the Liquor Operations Manager for Bagley Municipal Liquor. As the President of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Municipal Beverage Association (MMBA), Chris helps champion the interests of municipal beverage operations across the state. A lifelong resident of Clearwater County, Minnesota, he also co-owns Arnold Farms LLC, a fourth-generation family agricultural operation founded in 1936.
