Mohit Patel is co-owner of Barrel Blends Wine and Spirits, a hospitality-driven wine and spirits company with four locations in the St. Louis area. Originally trained as a scientist with a PhD in micro and molecular biology, Mohit brings a systems-focused and analytical approach to retail operations, guest experience, and business growth. At Barrel Blends, he has helped develop a hybrid retail and bar model centered around hospitality, community, education, and experiential retail, with a focus on how independent retailers can evolve through thoughtful use of technology, team culture, and customer loyalty.
